By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Return Policy, and any additional terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products and Product Information

We sell fragrance products for personal consumer use. We make reasonable efforts to present product names, sizes, concentrations, descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Colors and packaging may appear different on a screen, and manufacturers may update packaging from time to time.

Please review the product page and your order details before checkout. Fragrance preference, projection, and perceived longevity can vary by person, environment, and method of use; a difference in personal preference is not, by itself, a product defect.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel an item if it is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a technical error, restricted for delivery, or reasonably suspected to be part of an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction. If we cancel an item after payment, we will refund the amount charged for that item.

3. Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, exclusions, and redemption terms. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct an obvious pricing or promotional error and, where necessary, cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

You confirm that the billing and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Fragrance products may be subject to carrier, transportation, or destination restrictions. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

Any delivery date or transit time shown is an estimate based on normal conditions. We will use reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the stated time. If a material delay occurs, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised shipment date or canceling the unshipped item for a refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including any manufacturer seal supplied with the product.

Opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please submit a return request through our Contact Us page before sending any item. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions. Items sent without authorization may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution and handle return shipping as required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. Further instructions and any applicable exclusions are provided in our Return Policy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page if an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or is not the item ordered. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the claim.
