Order processing

 

Orders are prepared on business days excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches promotions holidays severe weather or other high-volume periods processing may take longer.

 

Shipping rates

 

For eligible U.S. orders standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is 39.99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Standard shipping for eligible U.S. orders below 39.99 is 5.99. Any available shipping methods rates restrictions and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment.

 

Delivery estimates

 

Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates not guarantees. Carrier delays severe weather address problems high-volume periods security reviews and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

 

Shipping confirmation and tracking

 

When an order ships available tracking information is sent to the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may require additional time to begin showing movement after a label is created.

 

Address accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.

 

Lost delayed damaged or incorrect shipments

 

If tracking is unusually delayed shows delivery but the package cannot be located or the package arrives damaged or incorrect use our Contact Us page promptly with the order number and relevant details. Keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Carrier investigations and replacement availability may affect the resolution timeline.

 

Shipping destinations and restrictions

 

Available destinations and any product or carrier restrictions are determined at checkout. We do not guarantee service to every address. Orders may be canceled and refunded if we cannot ship to the address provided.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
